Certificate for the provision of Air Traffic Services (ATS), Communication, Navigation and Surveillance services (CNS), Aeronautical Information Services (AIS) , Air Traffic Flow Management (ATFM), Airspace Management (ASM) and Flight procedure design (FPD)
Slovenia Control, Slovenian Air Navigation Services, Limited received its Certificate (third issue) to provide air navigation services on 21st April 2022 from the Civil Aviation Agency, for air traffic control services (ATS), Communication, Navigation and Surveillance services (CNS), Aeronautical Information Services (AIS), Air Traffic Flow Management (ATFM), Airspace Management (ASM) and Flight procedure design (FPD). The company was awarded this certificate on the basis of an external assessment that proved that its air navigation services comply with the common requirements as set out by Commission Implementing Regulation (EU) No. 2017/373. This Certificate shall remain valid unless the Certificate is surrendered, limited, suspended or revoked. Retaining the certification to provide air navigation services by maintaining constant compliance with the common requirements is of key importance to the company's business, and to its long-term existence and development.
Air traffic Controllers Training Organisation Certificate
Given the particular requirements of training personnel working in the area of air traffic control, the company devotes particular attention to training and education of its employees. This is the purpose of the Training Organisation, which carries out all the required activities for training employees working in this area, who need a licence or permit for their work.
The Training Organisation operates on the basis of Certificate, by which it proves that it meets requirements of Commission Regulation (EU) 2015/340 for training Air traffic Controllers (ATCO), on the job training instructors and assessors.
The Certificate (last edition) was awarded to the Flight School by the national Civil Aviation Agency on 13th May 2022.
Quality System
Slovenia Control, Slovenian Air Navigation Services, Limited holds quality certification under the SIST EN ISO 9001:2015 international standard. In Januar 2022 the company passed an external assessment of the compliance of its quality system with the aforementioned standard, thereby renewing its certification until January 2025.
