LJCE AD 2.20   Local aerodrome regulations

1   Scheduled and non-scheduled air traffic
1.1  Departures, landings and touch-and-go for all flights can be planned during AD working hours.
1.2  Departures and landings of Foreign Diplomatic or Military Flight can be arranged according to Bilateral Agreement or upon receiving certain written approval from Slovenian MoD.
1.3  Departures and landing can be planned in accordance with Visual Flight Rules - VFR.
1.4  All Civil Flights WILL park aircraft at APRON 03. Agreement with the manager of Javni Gospodarski Zavod Letališče Cerklje ob Krki has to be made BEFORE starting the flight (Email: jgz.ljce@gmail.com, Phone: +386 51 248 076).
2   Exemptions
2.1  Slovenian Government flights and Civil flights with Temporary or Permanent Permit issued by AD Administration.
3   Permission request
3.1  Military Authority may grant Exceptions or Permission for particular owner, time and aircraft. An application for such request shall be submitted to certain Authority (see LJCE AD 2.3).
3.2  Permission for parking the Aircraft inside APRON 03 has to be made with manager of Public Institution named Javni Gospodarski zavod Letališče Cerklje ob Krki – (jgz.ljce@gmail.com, Phone: +386 51 248 076).
3.3  Landing IS PROHIBITED without permission by AD Administration and/or Javni Gospodarski zavod Letališče Cerklje ob Krki.
4   Aerobatics
4.1  Aerobatics in CERKLJE CTR is permitted only outside inhabited area.

LJCE AD 2.21   Noise abatement procedures

1   General
1.1  Take-off of all jet aircraft on RWY 09 shall be made in accordance to noise abatement procedures for specific type of aircraft.
1.2  Compliance with the procedure above shall not be required in adverse weather conditions or for safety reasons.
1.3  Reverse trust other than IDLE shall not be used between 2200 – 0700 LT except for safety and operational reason.
1.4  Engine ground RUN-UP tests with performance level other than IDLE may be conducted between 0800 – 1800 LT.
2   Special procedure for departures at night
2.1  Between 2200 – 0700 LT pilots shall expect departures on RWY 27
2.2  Between 2200 – 0600 LT Departures on RWY 09 are available only for safety, weather and SAR reasons.

LJCE AD 2.22   Flight procedures

1   Procedures for VFR flights within CTR Cerklje
1.1  The approach, holding and departure procedures are based on the provisions contained in the following ICAO Documents:
  • ICAO Annex 6 - Operation of Aircraft
  • ICAO Annex 14 - Aerodromes
  • Doc 4444 - RAC/501 - Rules of the Air and Air Traffic Services (PANS-RAC)
  • Doc 8168 - OPS/611 - Aircraft Operations (PANS-OPS), Volume I and II
1.2  Airspace inside CTR airport zone – CERKLJE CTR is defined and designated as controlled airspace class D as recommended by ICAO.
1.3  Outside service hours of CERKLJE TWR or otherwise declared by NOTAM the airspace classification of CERKLJE CTR is the same as airspace classification of DOLSKO 1 TMA.
1.4  Within the CERKLJE CTR all traffic shall have established two-way air-ground communication with CERKLJE TWR on frequency 118.550 MHz, backup frequency is 127.225MHz
1.5  Entry or exit to/from CERKLJE CTR shall be executed at entry-exit points at the minimum altitude of 1500 ft above ground level (AGL) except for SVN Military helicopters and aircraft.
1.6  VFR Flights shall enter/exit CERKLJE CTR as follows:

1.7  The pilots approaching CERKLJE CTR are required to report 5 minutes before entering CTR, to obtain clearance. Clearance will be given in accordance with direction of approach and traffic situation via prescribed points.
1.8  VFR Flight shall not enter or exit CERKLJE CTR along Slovenian/Croatian border.
1.9  Outside service hours of CERKLJE TWR Slovenian Military is responsible for Military air traffic. NOTAM shall be published to restrict flying in CERKLJE CTR for all civil aircraft.
1.10  Outside operational hours of CERKLJE TWR and NO MILITARY OPS ACTIVATED, Local Flying Club may use runways and operating on frequency 123.500 MHz
1.11  Slovenian Military Helicopter Flights:
S1, S2, E1 and E2 positions are for Slovenian Military Helicopters training purposes ONLY. (see Aerodrome Chart)

LJCE AD 2.23   Additional information

1   Bird concentration in the vicinity of the aerodrome
1.1  Occasionally Bird concentrations are to be expected on and in the vicinity of the AD. More information will be promulgated by NOTAM Series B and C.
