Traffic Regulation in CTR Maribor, TMA Maribor 1 and TMA Maribor 2 during closure of AD Ljubljana (LJLJ)

1  GENERAL INFORMATION

Aerodrome Ljubljana will be closed between 7th of April until 21st of April 2010 due to runway reconstruction.
It is expected that most of the commercial traffic will be diverted to Aerodrome Maribor (LJMB) . In order to prevent delays of commercial traffic, temporary restrictions will be applied in CTR Maribor, TMA Maribor 1 and TMA Maribor 2 for VFR and some IFR flights.
Airspace users are requested to follow published NOTAM, as all operational information will also be published by NOTAM.
This AIP SUP is applicable to FIR LJUBLJANA only.

2  IFR TRAFFIC

2.1  Restrictions

Temporary IFR Flights restrictions in airspaces described in Paragraph 1, within traffic peak hours will be published by NOTAM.
Restrictions will be applicable for IFR flights entering, exiting and overflying CTR Maribor, TMA Maribor 1 and TMA Maribor 2, in case of being unable to maintain airspeed of 160 KTS during approach or cruising.
The restrictions do not apply to:
  • Military flights
  • State flights
  • Ambulance and rescue flights of rescue organisations
  • Schedule passenger and cargo flights

2.2  Common regulations for the exceptions listed above

All flights have to be equipped with an operating transponder and have to establish and maintain two-way radio communication with ATC.

2.3  Radio Communication failure

In case of a radio failure within the Restricted Area of TMA Maribor the flight has to be continued according the last received and confirmed approval from ATC.

3  VFR TRAFFIC

3.1  Restrictions

Entry, exit and transit of civil aircraft operating according VFR in airspaces defined in Paragraph 1, including parachute jumping, hang-gliding, gliding and paragliding operations are PROHIBITED.
Overflyingh of areas TMA Maribor 1 and TMA Maribor 2 is possible through unrestricted volume of airspace or via VFR Recommended Transit Route South (see attached chart).

1  SPLOŠNE INFORMACIJE

V času od 7 do 21. Aprila 2010 bo letališče Ljubljana zaradi prenove vzletno pristajalne steze zaprto.
V času prenove vzletno pristajalne steze na letališču Ljubljana (LJLJ), je pričakovati, da bo večina poletov preusmerjena na letališče Maribor (LJMB). Z namenom omogočanja čim večje prometne pretočnosti poslovnega prometa, bodo v tem času na področju CTR Maribor, TMA Maribor 1 in TMA Maribor 2 veljale omejitve za VFR in IFR polete.
Uporabniki zračnega prostora RS so dolžni spremljati tudi objavljene NOTAM, saj bodo vse pomembne informacije objavljene tudi z NOTAM.
Ta AIP SUP obravnava omejitve le za slovenski zračni prostor.

2  IFR PROMET

2.1  Omejitve

Občasne omejitve za IFR lete, v zračnih prostorih definiranih v Poglavju 1, bodo v času prometnih konic objavljene z NOTAM.
Za civilne zrakoplove, ki bodo želeli vstopati, izstopati in izvajati prelete v CTR Maribor, TMA Maribor 1 in TMA Maribor 2, v skladu z IFR pravili, bodo omejitve veljale v primeru, da v fazi prileta ali preleta ne bodo mogla zagotavljati hitrosti letenja 160 vozlov.
Omejitve ne veljajo za lete:
  • vojaških zrakoplovov
  • državnih zrakoplovov
  • reševalnih zrakoplovov in zrakoplovov, ki sodelujejo v akciji iskanja
  • redne polete v potniškem prometu in redne tovorne polete

2.2  Splošna pravila za polete zrakoplovov

Vsi zrakoplovi morajo biti opremljeni z delujočim radarskim odzivnikom in imeti vzpostavljeno dvosmerno radijsko zvezo s službo kontrole zračnega prometa.

2.3  Odpoved radijske zveze

V primeru odpovedi radijske zveze pred vstopom v omejeno področje TMA Maribor se let nadaljuje v skladu z zadnjim izdanim in potrjenim dovoljenjem s strani službe kontrole zračnega prometa.

3  VFR PROMET

2.1  Omejitve

Vstop, izstop in prelet civilnih zrakoplovov v skladu z VFR pravili, vključno s padalskimi skoki, letenje z jadralnimi padali, jadralnimi letali in jadralnimi zmaji, v zračnih prostorih definiranih v Poglavju 1, so PREPOVEDANI.
Prelet področja TMA Maribor 1 in TMA Maribor 2 je možen izven navedenih omejitev oziroma skladno s priporočeno VFR zračno potjo / Recomended VFR Transit Route South (glej priloženo karto).
